RJ Robles is the Volunteer Coordinator for the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition, where they facilitate programs to support caregivers and volunteers. With a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, they have over twelve years of experience across local government, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. RJ is grounded in lived experience with harm reduction work, disability justice, and caregiving. He previously served as the Executive Director of a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with labor issues and served Metro as the Title VI Coordinator. RJ worked as a Community Organizer and Youth Coach for organizations such as Southerners on New Ground and the National Queer & Trans Therapist of Color Network. RJ Robles is passionate about mental health, spiritual care, and rest for communities of color. In his leisure time, he likes to dance salsa and play the djembe.
