Senior Companion Program

The Senior Companion Program connects compassionate individuals aged 55 and older with older adults who need companionship and support due to aging-related challenges. Through regular visits, volunteers build meaningful relationships with senior community members, offering them assistance with daily tasks, companionship, and connection—whether in their homes or community settings. These supportive visits allow older adults to live independently for longer, while also providing respite for their family caregivers. This program is a part of SeniorCorps through the Corporation for National and Community Service.
