Group Respite Volunteer Program

Caring for a loved one can be joyful and meaningful, but it can also be exhausting. The Tennessee Caregiver Coalition’s Group Respite Volunteer Program provides caregivers with an opportunity to rest, recharge, and connect with their community while their loved one enjoys a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

Our monthly respite programs are made possible through caring volunteers who are paired 1:1 with participants for companionship, activities, and fun.

All programs take place at:

Connection UMC Church
2846 Lebanon Pike
Nashville, TN 37214

Why Respite Matters

Caregiving can be physically, emotionally, and socially demanding. Respite programs provide caregivers with time to rest, attend appointments, spend time with other family members, or simply breathe.

At the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition, we believe caregivers deserve support, connection, and care too.
