Tim Marsh is a Respite Program Coordinator with the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition, bringing years of experience in Human Resources, bilingual advocacy, and community outreach. He has supported diverse teams in fast-paced environments, led inclusive onboarding and training programs, and built trusted relationships with families and service providers across Middle Tennessee. Tim is passionate about connecting caregivers with the resources they need and creating spaces where everyone feels seen and supported.

Beyond his professional role, Tim is a proud dad to a child with Down Syndrome, which fuels his deep commitment to disability advocacy and inclusion. He’s an active volunteer with the Down Syndrome Association of Middle Tennessee (DSAMT), and a familiar face at community events—organizing, mentoring, and cheering on Team Carson every step of the way. Based in Lebanon, Tennessee, Tim finds joy in family time, good coffee, and using his voice to uplift others.
