Shan Ojehomon, MSN, RN-BC is the Co-Owner and serves as the Executive Director of Provision Health Solutions, LLC. Mrs. Ojehomon is a Masters prepared Registered nurse with over  a decade of Healthcare experience. In her current role, Shan serves as the director of an in-home care company where she oversees day to day responsibilities of caregivers and relationships with families. Mrs. Ojehomon has a passion for nursing specifically as it pertains to taking care of others in their time of need.
