Emily Jenkins is a Staff Attorney and Director of Healthcare Justice Clinic at Tennessee Justice Center.  In her role with TJC, her work focuses on administrative appeals, systemic casework and policy advocacy related to TennCare/Medicaid and SNAP.  The Healthcare Justice Clinic is a partnership with Belmont School of Law, where she is adjunct faculty, teaching a healthcare justice course centered on access to healthcare and nutrition. Emily is also a mother of five, with lived experience as a caregiver to a child with disabilities.
