Bill Zagorski is a Tennessee native, who completed his undergraduate degree at Xavier University, and his graduate degrees in Cancer and Cell Biology, and Molecular Genetics, Biochemistry, and Microbiology at the University of Cincinnati, College of Medicine in Cincinnati Ohio where he split his career in academic research primarily in cancer biology followed by molecular genetics, immunology, and virology. He left academia and returned to Tennessee in 2011 and joined American Senior Care Centers, Inc. founded by his parents in 1991.

Today, Bill is the C.E.O. of American Senior Care Center, Inc. overseeing Centennial Adultcare Centers’ three Adult Day Health Care centers, home care, transportation and case management services, serving adults throughout middle Tennessee. He also serves as the Research Committee Chair and is the Immediate Past Board Chair of the National Adult Day Services Association as well as the President of the Tennessee Association of Adult Day Services.

In addition to these roles, Bill serves on the boards of the Tennessee Coalition for Better Aging, the BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence for Dementia Caregiving, and the Alzheimer’s Association Center for Dementia Respite Innovation, the Tennessee Dementia Action Collaborative, and Lifelong Tennessee, the Multi-sector Plan for Aging Well, the Tennessee Federation for the Aging, among others!
