In addition to serving as President Tennessee Caregiver Coalition, Fladen was elected to the NAMI National Board and serves as Treasurer. He has twenty years of experience as a non-profit Executive Director. He was awarded the NAMI Vicki Cottrell Leadership Award by his peers.
In addition to being a family caregiver and receiving mental health treatment, Jeff worked as a therapist, crisis counselor, EAP clinician, and as a psychiatric program manager. Jeff earned his BA in Psychology and his MSW at The Ohio State University.

Fladen is the father of four and has 10 grandchildren. He enjoys photography and spending time in nature. His work has been featured in numerous websites and publications.
