Join Us for the Annual Caregiver Expo

The Tennessee Caregiver Coalition invites caregivers of TN to participate in our annual Caregiver Expo, a special event dedicated to celebrating and supporting caregivers across Tennessee. This event offers a meaningful space for caregivers to relax, recharge, and reconnect with access to free respite care, during the event, so they can fully engage.

Why You Should Attend

• Take a break—you’ve earned it. The Caregivers Expo is designed just for caregivers to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

• Free access to resources. Find out what supports are available locally to ease your load.

• Date & Time: Saturday, December 12, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• Location: Nashville School of the Arts, 1250 Foster Ave, Nashville, TN 37210

What You’ll Experience

• Caregiver Corner: Self-care, wellness, and relaxation stations to help you unwind.

• Respite Resources: Learn about supports that help with caregiving tasks and responsibilities.

• Agency Connections: Meet partners who provide assistance you may need.

• Kids Zone: If you have children, there’ll be kid-friendly activities (bounce house, art, sensory bins) so you can focus on you.

• Companion Corner: Time for connection—games, puzzles, bingo, and friendly conversation.

• Food and Refreshments: Food provided free of charge by our sponsors and vendors.

• Gift Card Giveaway: Caregivers will have the opportunity to win gift cards!
