Give yourself a well-deserved break through our Parents’ Night Out program, created in partnership with the Tennessee Caregiver Coalition and 99 Balloons. Families with children who have special needs are invited to bring their kids (siblings included!) for a fun evening while parents enjoy time for themselves! Kids are matched 1:1 with our dedicated volunteers for a fun evening of free play and structured group activities, while parents get a few hours to take a break.

Held once a month from 5-8 pm at the Connection UMC Church in Donelson, TN, this program provides a safe and engaging experience for kids and peace of mind for caregivers.
