With a rich background in community engagement, art therapy, and holistic wellness, Jimmi McBride is excited to be a part of the team at TCC. She is the proud founder of Smart Model LLC, a creative initiative that provides art therapy-based activities for youth and families, fostering emotional expression, healing, and connection. She’s also a master gardener and youth garden mentor at Brooklyn Heights Community Garden where she teaches the importance of growing and honoring the land.

Jimmi credits much of her professional development to the invaluable experiences she gained working with impactful nonprofits such as Oasis Center, Launch Pad, Recycle Reinvest,Corner to Corner, and Walk Bike Nashville. These partnerships have shaped her collaborative spirit and deepened her commitment to community well-being.

Bringing a unique blend of loving-kindness, joyful energy, and grounded confidence, Jimmi is passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for others to thrive. Her lifelong dedication to caring for both family and community continues to inspire and fuel her journey in this meaningful work.
